How can summer be over already? Thankfully it is not over yet, but our 10-weeks of research in the lab this summer comes to a close this week. Josh, Katerina, Jack, Darren, Aimee, and Keith have worked hard and have made great progress, so it’s time for a break. Maybe that break consists of preparing for the ACS conference in Boston, maybe it requires the writing of a proposal for Distinction in the Field of Chemistry, maybe it requires working through PChem practice problems, and hopefully it requires some relaxing and recharging. Students will present their final “State of the Project” presentations on Friday and will participate in a research poster session at Emmanuel College in September.
