The weather doesn’t quite feel like summer yet in Boston, but research is heating up in the Wilkens Science Center! We have a great new group with Georgia Kazis ’27 in the lead as a return researcher and Lana Dang ’27 and Ann-Lee Coriolan ’28 as new GRAB Lab members. Ellie Vanhille ’26 and Donald Ulwick ’26 are joining remotely to share some of their work over the summer as well. We’re planning on some joint meetings with Dr. Nathan Lau’s group and will try to get to know all the researchers in the building. Our main areas of focus this summer include finishing up DNA origami mineralization, collagen mineralization on QCM, and gold nanoparticle-DNA aptamer conjugation experiments. This is a great group and they are going to stay busy!
